This is a very unique unit, the location is very strategic and situated in the middle of Georgetown city, a lot of tourist spots and famous eateries are just within 5 km radius from my place, it is easily accessible to all the places in Georgetown, Penang. Once the booking is confirmed, I will contact you as soon as possible. Check in guidelines will be sent to you 1 or 2 days before your arrival. 2. Check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is by 11am. 3. EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECKOUT ARE SUBJECT TO ROOM AVAILABILITY. 4. We do not provide daily housekeeping. It is done before every arrival and after every departure. 5. We do not provide luggage storage service. 6. Please be a responsible guest and help us to take good care of our place. 7. Airbnb helps us to hold the security deposit. It is not charged when you make the booking. We do not request for a deposit when you arrive at our place as well. The security deposit will only be charged if we found any damages or losses in our property, or if any house rules are not followed by our guests. 8.
