Continental breakfasts and unlimited wifi and off street parking are included in our rate. Over the years our international and local guests have continued to enjoy the comfort, privacy and peaceful garden surroundings at Alumni House. Guests have full use of the West Wing apartment and access to the adjoining laundry facilities. Note driving times vary across the day but generally - airport 10-15 minutes, train station 5 min, AMI stadium, Horncastle arena, and Addington Raceway 5 min, Central City 10 min, Canterbury University and Westfield 2 minutes. Alumni House is 400m from the busy bus routes into the city along Riccarton Road and also routes along Blenhiem Road.
