Our perfectly planned studio accommodates an open plan fully equipped kitchen with all necessary stuff, a bar table suitable for 2 pers. There is also a comfortable arm chair with a coffee table by the window. Sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed, wall tv and a spacious wardrobe. Bathroom offers a shower corner, toilet, washbasin with the mirrow and washing machine. I live in the same building and will be nearby all the time and happy to help you. Very good location allows you to get to the Old Town just in 10 min enjoyable walk along beautiful Terbatas street. The nearest park is 5 min walk. Several churches around. Public transport is just in 1 min walking distance. It will bring you to any part of the city. All quests are strongly advised to keep reasonable silence in the apartment and the staircase and not to smoke inside the apartments and other public areas inside the building. Please no pets.
