It's a private guest room on our house, just 3 minutes from Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, 20 minutes to Malioboro street and 40 minutes from Adi Sucipto airport. The access to our property is very convenient. The homestay itself comes in family concept, simple, clean and super cozy comfort. A warm terrace with orchid in every corner of the house makes your stay more enjoyable. We are welcome to single travelers or large family group who are looking for a comfortable and homey place. We have one type of room with double bed, LED TV, work desk, free WiFi access and complimentary drinks. In each room there is also an indoor bathroom that has a water heater. Even the hot tropical atmosphere in Yogyakarta will not bother you when you stop here, because there are air conditioners and refrigerators that will give you coolness while staying in this family home. We also have other facilities provided such as breakfast, hairdryer and also iron that you can ask us. There are 6 bed rooms in this house. During your stay, one of them will be yours. You can also access large parking area, a beautiful garden gazebo and a very warm terrace. But there will be one main house that you cannot access freely except with the permission of the homeowner. We love to meet every guest and make sure you have a pleasant stay here. We have onsite staff too available at any time. They can speak limited english, but me and the Bukit Vista team will be available through instant messaging all the time. This homestay is close to the campus environment and the homes of local people, so there are some rules you need to remember: - We only accommodate a family or officially married couple. - Groups of friends should be staying in separate room based on gender. - Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in the area. - Smoking is only allowed in the car park area. - Please dress properly around this area. No bikini, very short pants or tank top. However these rules are intended to respect the local culture. We will be appreciate it should you open minded and follow the rules during your stay :)) Q: Can I contact you directly and see the property before I make a booking? A: Airbnb policy stated that we can not do a site visit before the booking confirmed for safety reasons.
