It's only a 30 minute bus trip to the city and well connected to motorways parramatta and Blacktown train station; it’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Close to shopping centres Nearby Woolworths and Coles. There's a separate entrance and your own private backyard. Also free wifi. I have an air conditioner/ heater in Hall and fan in Bedrooms. Two Bedroom with built in wardrobes. There is a lounge area with a TV. The bathroom/laundry with washing machine and own private backyard. There is full kitchen with fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities, and toaster. All Granny flat and it’s own Backyard We are available through text and in urgent matter personally. Plenty of park and Green area for kids walking distance. Very easy to get here from seven hills, Blacktown and Parramatt train station. Off Street Parking Available NO parking on driveway. We can accommodate up to six guests extra charges apply after one guest. Strictly no party, we have very quite neighbours we need to respect them. No noise after 9pm. Visitors are permitted but not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Extra guest staying overnight at the property host must be informed for safety reason and need to pay extra for their stay.
