This is the summer house of my parents, it can not be used when using them. It is free for the other months. It is an indipendent attic in which you can access from a spiral staircase. It is very central location, with a marvellous panoram. It is an independent attic accessed by a spiral staircase. Comfortably accommodates one couple in a double bed plus two other people in a sofa bed. There is also a single bed. The kitchen is new and well equipped. There are two terraces, one facing the Faraglioni and the island Lachea, the other overlooking the main street. Guests have free access to all parts of the property. Guests will be received coming from me or my family. I always try to ensure maximum comfort and are always helpful and available during their vacation. PARCHEGGIO Lungo le strade di Aci Trezza ci sono le strisce blu, a pagamento, e precisamente in Via Provinciale, Via Capparelli, Piazza Principe di Campofiorito, Lungomare Ciclopi, Area Porto Nuovo, Piazza Marina, Scalo di Alaggio; lungo tutte le altre vie è possibile parcheggiare se si trova posto. (sono posti liberi senza strisce). Le strisce blu sono in vigore: tutti i giorni feriali escluso i festivi - dalle ore 08:30 alle ore 13:00 e dalle ore 15:30 alle ore 20:00: tariffa oraria € 0,75 con possibilità di pagamento frazionato (minimo € 0,40) - Mezza giornata: € 2,40 (fasce orarie (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) e, ove prevista estensione oraria, 20:00/02:00) - Intera giornata: € 3,80 (dalle ore 08:30 alle ore 20:00) Ricordo che la sosta a pagamento è estesa anche alle domeniche ed ai giorni festivi tutto l’anno nelle aree litoranee: Area Porto Nuovo Piazza Marina Scalo di Alaggio Ricordo inoltre la sosta a pagamento è estesa alla domeniche ed ai giorni festivi solo nel periodo estivo compreso fra il 1° di maggio e il 30 settembre nelle aree litoranee: Piazza Principe di Campofiorito Lungomare Ciclopi Rammento infine che in tutte le sopracitate aree litoranee, vige l’estensione dell’orario di vigenza dalle ore 20,00 alle ore 02,00 di tutti i giorni compresi i festivi nel periodo estivo compreso fra il 1° di maggio e il 30 settembre The apartment is located in the center of the country, yet it is extremely quiet. IMPORTANT By booking this apartment you automatically accept the conditions of a short-term lease contract. As soon as you arrive you will be asked to sign it and to deliver a photocopy of a document of recognition for each of the guests.
