The apartment is located in a family house in a green area, a few km from the city centre and 5 minutes from the Lugano Nord motorway exit. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen complete with utensils and appliances and a spacious terrace from which to enjoy the view of the valley below and the Alps. It represents the best solution for those who want a holiday of peace, relaxation and well-being, away from the city traffic, along with the convenience and ease of travel for leisure, tours and excursions. The Guest House offers free Wi-Fi and free parking for guests. In the kitchen, tea, coffee, biscuits, fruits and more are at guests' disposal free of charge for a quick break or a light breakfast. We speak English, German, French and Spanish. Breganzona district lies on the Hill West of the city, in an area surrounded by greenery.
