Entire fully equipped detached private house with commanding sea views. Never previously available prior to 2019. The house is accessed via electric gates and a steep winding driveway. Elderly or disabled guests will need to be driven up to the house and can be driven into the integral underground garage from where access to the accommodation can be gained via either the elevator or staircase. The house and accommodation is Suitable for elderly or mobility impaired guests as it has its own elevator connecting all 3 levels. Ground floor is garage and storage with lift access. Middle floor has VIP guest suite with very large bedroom including sitting area with sofa, TV and refrigerator, dressing room and shower room along with a private terrace with sun loungers and sea views. The entrance hall is also at this level. On the main upper level is the impressive open Plan living space with commanding sea views throughout. This open plan area includes sitting area, dinning area, breakfast kitchen area and separate laundry room. From the living space there are 3 sets of sliding doors leading onto outside dining terrace and outside seating area both shaded and a large sun terrace. Also at this upper level an inner hallway leads to the master bedroom suite which has direct access to the pool terrace, further guest bedroom with shower room with access to a small balcony, again with sea views. An occasional bedroom/study which has a full size double sofa bed. Additionally there is another room and a yoga / pool / light gym room (partially equipped). All bedrooms have ample wardrobes and draws for clothes storage and suitcase storage. Outside furniture includes 8 seater dining table, three sofas, 6 sun loungers, 2 lounging chairs each with a footstool, a table tennis table and a gas fuelled barbecue. Entire House The owner will be available by telephone throughout your stay. The house manager will be available in person daily upon request to trouble shoot and assist with any of your needs and questions. A housekeeping cleaning and bed making/changing and laundry service can be available at a frequency to suit your needs, but must be arranged in advance of your arrival, is subject to availability and is provided only at extra cost to be quoted based on your needs. Provisioning. For your convenience the house will be stocked with a selection of alcoholic and none alcoholic beverages and some none perishable food items. Guest are welcome to consume anything they choose without the need to replace It. This is operated on an honesty bar basis where guests are invited to leave payment on departure in accordance with the price list in the welcome folder. The house is located in a very quiet cul de sac in Costa d’en Blanes, an exclusive residential community on the hillside behind Puerto Portals. The city of Palma is 15 mins away by car. The house is close to Bendinat, Illetas and Palma Nova. There are many local beaches. Mallorca is a diverse and beautiful island, easy access by road can be gained to Valdemosa, Deià, Soller, and Andraxt and for those guests who want to sample nightlife then Palma with districts like Santa Catalina will impress discerning party goers as much as Magaluf will be a magnet for the young party animals. Taxi transportation is available 24/7 for those without their own transport.
