About 1-hour drive from downtown Taipei, the place has 2 independent floors. The landlord does not live inside the house which has a nice sunset sea view. Room charge is based on 2 people or 4 people. downstairs is a window facing the sea, a sea-view bar, living room with a sofa, & a bathroom. upstairs room has a double bed for 2 people, or 2 double bed for 3~4 people. The whole house can be rented to: 2 people use one bed ,per night is NT:1800(holiday is NT:2100, special holiday, summer vacation is more) When add 1~2 people , use another one bed , every one just add NT:500 We can offer max 2 bed for 4 people. With tableware, toiletries The owner will personally introduce the house to the guests. Taipei City by MRT to Tamsui takes about 40 minutes. & by bus to Qianshuiwan takes about 30 minutes ( our sea view house ). And we offer a parking space. Breakfast is not provided. No smoking inside the room or balcony, please. Pets not allowed. Visitors are not allowed. Thank you very much.
