Auchan, the largest mall in Luxembourg, is merely 12 minutes walk or 2 minutes by bus. The apartment is on the third floor. The building is facing a forest on one side, so from the kitchen and the second bedroom one can often glance at dears and squirrels. Living Room/Dining Room: Cozy living-room with comfortable and large modern sofa, 42 inch flat-screen TV for the DVD player along with few DVDs and free WIFI super-fast broad band. Bookshelves with books in several languages. The dining table seats 6 people. The TV is set to be used with the DVD player or to connect your laptop with a HDMI cable. No cable TV. Kitchen: Fully equipped, modern kitchen with all you will need. There is a full size oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer. Good selection of quality cooking utensils and cookware and other kitchen appliances. 1st Bedroom: This bedroom has a queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm), bedside lighting and ample wardrobe and storage space. One mural CD player/docking station. It is fairly quiet during night. 2nd Bedroom: This room can be used both as a bedroom and as an office. The couch can be turned into a comfortable double bed (140cm x 200cm). It has two desks and desk chairs, and as half the room is a veranda, the surrounding forest sight makes it very pleasant. A printer is at your disposal. Bathroom(s): The bathroom has a large modern Italian shower. The toilets are in a separate room. The apartment will be all for yourself, with absolute intimacy and privacy for you and your companion(s). Free WIFI super-fast broad band, Flat-screen for the DVD Player, books and local information. As I am often away for work, it's generally my neighbor and friend who will greet you in person and welcome you to your new home, making sure you feel comfortable. She is available all afternoons from 6 pm on during week days and all day during week-ends to assist or guide you in any queries. She speaks French, Italian and a little english, and will be reachable on her mobile phone during all of your stay. All bed linen and towels are provided, together with complimentary toiletries. Check-in from 4 pm on during weekdays and flexible during the weekends. Check-out by 12:00 pm. The apartment is ideally located, 2 minutes bus from the Kirchberg business and shopping areas, as well as 6 minutes bus from the historical city center and the bucolic “Grund” area. A large mall with grocery shop, restaurants, hair-dressers and clothes stores is a 2 minute bus drive away. The flat has excellent bus links, 2 minutes from Kirchberg, 6 minutes from the historical center and is also a 6 minutes bus-drive from the airport. A 60 Eur cleaning fee will be charged independently from the length of your stay. The sum will be payable along with the rest of the payment, before check-in.
