Nevilledale is a beautiful house that is a 10 minute walk from the train station and to Durham city centre where there is an array of shops and cafes. The bus station is also only a 7 minute walk from the house. The house is a big 3 storey terraced house with views of Durham Cathedral from the top bedroom. Newly decorated, the house offers a spacious and modern place to stay in Durham. The rooms come equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk for work/studying. The house offers a beautiful view of Durham Cathedral which has been the heart of Durham since it was built in 1093. The house offers a home away from home that has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Durham. The guest have access to 1 parking spaces on site and others a few yards down the road (please ask for scratch permits). Living in this beautiful City myself means I am only a call or email away if any issues were to arise. Durham is a historic and remarkable small city that offers everything you need. The cathedral and Castle are some of the main features that draw tourists to the area. The riverside offers a great place for a Sunday stroll. From cafe's to shops to cinema's, Durham offers everything that a large city does without losing is historic and rustic vibe. Durham is accessible via Car, Train and Bus. It is located just off the A1. With both a train and bus station a 5 minute walk from the centre of Town. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, toaster, microwave and coffee machine and there is a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a separate living room with large comfortable sofas and smart TV. The Wi-Fi is fibre with a mesh system which gives a great signal throughout the house.
