A modern 5-bedroom house with a fully-equipped kitchen and a perfect-for-barbecuing private courtyard. This home is located on Lidingö - Stockholm's most beautiful and sought-after island. The entire house, courtyard & garden, and surrounding areas are yours to explore! Nice children’s playground just some steps away from the house entrance. We’ll provide basic things on arrival for a nice breakfast for your first couple of days - eggs, milk, cheese, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, etc. The entire home is yours during your stay but my wife & I are just a phone-call away You have the convenience of being located close to Stockholm center, and at the same time you have the peace & serenity of living on the nature island of Lidingö. Beautiful nature walks are right on your doorstep. You can go berry-picking or hunt for wild mushrooms. The stunning Kottla Lake is 2 minutes away and is a great place for swimming in the summer. There are some great mountain-biking paths - the entire island is great for cycling in general. We even have some bikes for you that you can borrow! 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop which connects you to Stockholm's metro in just 10 minutes. Bicycles available on request! Groceries - Just 6 minutes by bus/car to Lidingö center where there is a big supermarket and everything else you need. NOISE: We live in a small residential community and our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us. Therefore, we require you to respect our neighbors and keep the noise level down at all times. NO PARTIES: We have a strict No Parties policy EXTRA GUESTS: Visitors or extra guests are not allowed. QUIET HOURS: After 10pm there needs to be silence in the courtyard and in front of the house, so as not to disturb the neighbors. GARBAGE: The garbage needs to be sorted & discarded prior to checking out.
