A Queen Bed room with a private bathroom in a well presented and brand new townhouse where conveniently near public transport (400m or 5 minutes walking) to the city, and only 4 minutes walking to local market/gas station. Our home is located in the totally secured townhouse complex with 24/7 CCTV. We also provide unlimited high speed WIFI, cooktop, microwave, cooking stuffs, etc. Two male kittens are living in the house. You can be asured that your bedroom is deep cleaned to avoid allergies. You will have your private room with a private bathroom. All the cooking materials and ingredients are provided and you can use anything in the kitchen. We have washing machine and dryer in the garage with provided detergents and fabric softener. Please washing and drying clothes only, no sneakers. You will stay with other guests in the house. Visitor parking are denoted with a number, you can park at any numbers while you staying there. There are 24/7 CCTV in common areas, please don't access to another room that is supposed to be a private place. You must have to wear slippers right after you entered the house. Two kittens living in the property. Do not let any doors (even garage doors) opened. If you are not fully vaccinated, you are still welcome to stay, but please notify us.
