Looking for a peaceful place for holiday where you can relax with your children and friends? This luxury estate in a small, quiet Bela Krajina village in SE Slovenia is ideal for you. RESIDENCE ANA has two secured apartments. The luxury apartment ANA on the ground floor is 110m2 and accommodates 6 guests. A similar comfort is offered by the Apartment MIA in a mansard whose size is 85 m2 and it can accommodate 6 guests. Both apartments have a separate outdoor terrace. Pets are also welcome. Large bathroom with a toilet, shower and a whirlpool bath, an extra bedroom and a half bath at your disposal. The residence is air conditioned and all the windows and doors are furnished with insect nets. From the terrace of the house you can enjoy a breathtaking view of fields and meadows and the surrounding hills with vineyards. The Residence Ana has its own organic garden, where you can pick fresh produce for the daily needs. In the garden is a separate cottage with summer kitchen, brick barbecue and dining area. On the other side of the garden is a place for summer leisure under the sun with a 50 square meter salt water swimming pool with large sundeck, finish sauna and various toys for children. Table tenis, several bicycles, two of them with added electric power, badminton net. Unspoiled landscape, cycling and river Kolpa watersports. Kanoing and rafting river Kolpa is unforgetable. You will find a map of cycling routes in the residence. We highly recommend you to visit the wine-growing regions near Metlika, Drašiči, Radovica and Slamna vas where one can find many tourist farms that offer local food and own-produced wines which are year after year awarded numerous golden awards in Slovenia and international wine tasting events abroad. If you wish we can arrange transportation from the airport Ljubljana (SLO) or Zagreb( CRO) to the holiday residence ANA. Please note that this is a strictly family-friendly holiday house.
