Building is a grade listed old work house now redeveloped into modern flats. Longer term rental rate possible :) also discounts available for weekday stays of 3 nights or more. Washing machine is available upon request with an additional £50 charge. Bills are included within acceptable use, excessive use will be charged. The apartment has 2 double bedroom with a large bathroom and open plan living-dining-kitchen and its own private garden. the square outside the apartment is also the hospital bus pick-up and drop-off point. You have access to the entire house. upon arrival you will receive a welcome drink at the pub I own and manage across the square and guests receive a 10% throughout their stay. the pub also host a monthly club night called "don't tell your mother" on the first Saturday of every month. As regular as they want/need and the courtesy welcome and send-off. I live across the square running the bar so I'm accessible almost always or my bar staff can help you out as much as possible. It's right bang smack in the middle of Bristol City (the fun side at least!) it's walking distance from both train and coach stations Public transport lines run through here for almost every other parts of Bristol and some to bath as well! The flat is in a residential building so respect for neighbours are expected strictly. We are mates with them and they are cool but everyone value a peaceful home and neighbours
