My place is close to the city center, restaurants and dining, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and groups. The entrance door opens on a traditional patio where an old and beautiful fig tree offers its shelter and fragrance. There are three rooms (two of them connected) and the house can host up to four people. Traditional washroom with shower (accessible from one room), equipped kitchen, washing machine. The house is independent and the neighbourhood very friendly. There is a grocery just in front of the door! Hot water, kitchen, washing machine, internet wi-fi, toilet The Kasbah of the Oudayas is a historical fortress dating XII century, the oldest part of the city of Rabat, declared world heritage site from the UNESCO in 2012. It hosts a very active museam. The main road leads you to the first mosquee of Rabat and to the wonderful terrace that dominates the ocean and the Bou Regreg river. Going down along the blue houses of the Kasbah, you get to the café maure, from which you can enjoy the charming view of the city of Salé and the river. The people of the Oudayas call themselves a "big family", and that's true, you will feel welcomed from the very beginning of your journey. The beach is 2 minutes walking from the house. Just down the Oudayas' beach there are some surf schools where you can rent the equipment or have kayak and surf lessons. The neighbourhood itself is very charming. Next to the big door of the Kasbah a art gallery offers interesting expositions. Walking down the main street you will get to the Café maure and to the beautiful Andalusian gardens, where a museum it's open during daytime. Getting out the Oudayas you enter the souk of Rue des Consuls, particularly known for the artisanat. If you don't want to walk to the Ville Nouvelle (20 mins), you can either pick a taxi or a tram. Taxis are always running, day and night, and they are quite affordable: 10 dh to the train station (10 mins). Tram is also 15 mins walking from the Oudayas, in Bab el Had square, ride price: 6 dh. In the house there are 4 kind cats
