Beautiful view,secluded,luxury pool

This large luxurious room is fully self contained with self catering facilities/ensuite bathroom and the pool is literally 2 steps from your front door. Comfortable pool hut is for your exclusive use. 3 mountain bikes are also available for guest use. With beautiful views over the Coral Sea from all areas of the house we are situated on 1 acre of land with extensive tropical gardens, seasonal creek, organic veggie patch and chickens. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and has a secluded feeling about it despite being in town. Your private room is fully self contained opening onto a tropical garden and the swimming pool is just metres from your front door. The room features a walk in robe and en suite bathroom plus kitchenette area. There is an additional single bed available as needed. The lap pool and pool deck with weber BBQ are available for your use. The room also has its own off road park spot & separate entry. Conveniently located, we are only a 15 minute walk to the beach and board walk that will take you along the coast to the heart of Airlie Beach. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the shops and bus stop with buses running into town regularly. If arriving from Proserpine Airport a share taxi will drop you at our door for $20 per person. Once you have booked you can see our guidebook for phone numbers to book airport taxi, booking agencies, local restaurants & sights. We do recommend booking trips early to avoid disappointment. Pool, Tropical pool hut, laundry facilities (shared), TV, Wi-fi internet connection, 3 x Mountain Bikes. Many different trips are available & we are happy to give local insight when you are planning your visit. We are both keen travellers and sailors and have travelled extensively throughout Africa, Europe, North America, South Pacific and the Carribean and love to meet new people. Tucked away on the hill behind Cannonvale & backing onto National Park we are really in the trees. There is plenty of birdlife and the area is generally quiet. There are several bushwalks available and lots of day or overnight trips are available to the islands & Great Barrier Reef. For the more adventurous there are options such as sky diving & for the more relaxed guests a variety of trips, coastal drives or just chilling in the tropical beach hut by the pool enjoying the view :) We recommend early booking of any trips to avoid disappointment. Trips can get booked out especially if there is a cruise ship visiting. Contact numbers to arrange trips are available in our guidebook. Taxis are generally around $15 into Airlie Beach so many people enjoy walking in along the boardwalk and getting a taxi home. Car hire is available for about $65 a day and is a good way to really see the area and we are happy to recommend local areas of beauty / day trips. The property backs onto National Park & there are several bushwalks available in the area. For the more adventurous there are options such as sky diving & for the more relaxed guests a variety of trips, coastal drives or just chilling in the tropical beach hut by the pool enjoying the view :)
