One spacious bedroom with one queen size bed (160cm) and a further generous sized bateau lit. This room is ideal for 2 adults or as a Family room, for 2 adults staying with smaller children. Extra charge apply for more than 2 adults. Guests staying in the main house will have exclusive use of a bathroom with WC, bath, shower, washbasin and bidet. n b. Guests will be expected to be away from the property between 11.00hrs-15.00hrs, unless than by prior agreement We have reasonable internet speed and a good wifi set-up, so keeping in touch should not be a problem. Garage space for up to 10 motorcycles and parking space for cars in the grounds. We live permanently in the main house and will be on hand to attend to our guest's needs and help wherever possible. We may particularly be of help to house-hunters or motorcyclists, (one of our passions) touring in the area or a stop over en route to Spain alternatively we are equally happy to be unobtrusive and we are confident in our sensitivity to the guests preference. This location has a wonderful balance of peace, tranquility and abundant wildlife that will appeal to those seeking relaxation and nature. Superb for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers alike. Yet it is not isolated, with Lauzerte 5 minutes drive away There are numerous Festivals, markets and entertainment throughout the summer season. The Night markets are particularly popular. Motorcyclists will enjoy the well maintained twisty roads dotted with picturesque places to stop and eat or grab a coffee. Toulouse is just over an hour away for those who wish to enjoy the abundant stylish shops, cafes and restaurants You will need private transport to get around and make the most of the region. Idyllic for walkers and cyclists. We are just over an hour from Toulouse or an hour and a little more from Bergerac airports We keep bees at the fringes of the garden.
