T4WES RESIDENCE is very new on AIRBNB ,but had always guests staying with us & they'r very happy with the place. You can expect all things new , homey & cozy! Good Value $$ for budget Traveler exploring this bustling City. The house is on a main road and has very easy access go everywhere in Jakarta. The Residence is a stone throw away to famous shopping mall Arion Rawamangun, Bus Terminal, Velodrome ,Antam Hospital and UNJ. -Please click on our location and getting around for more info. Newly renovated building , you will get all new stuffs in this cozy 16m square Fully Furnished with AC Rooms . Ideally suited for single or 2 persons with Free Wifi ,1 queen size bed, private shower (Hot and cold water) & TV. -We also have 1 large room for Max 6 People - 2 x Double and 2 x Single beds with the same facilities. -Kindly note that All rooms are non smoking. We prepare towels, toothpaste, shampoos, but please bring your own toothbrush :) We speak Indonesian, English, and Malay . so no problem for communication. Clean and hygiene is important for everyone. Don't leave your leftover food in the room or our fridge, kindly wash the dishes before you leave. NO shoes on the bed ! in Asia we take off our shoes off ,please obey :) -Thinking of staying long term?: No worry, we are happy to give you lowered rate. It is all quoted on the AirBNB . Room will be cleaned daily..( part of our service) We have 1 main Entry Gate and 2 secured Entrance . After 23:00hrs the door is locked for security reason but our assistant will open for you , in case you will be home late. You free access car / motorbike parking for guests only. ( limited ) Kitchen / Pantry -Simple breakfast like toast ,Coffee and Tea is provided at Pantry / Kitchen. -Our Kitchen is suitable for reheat ONLY. Not for cooking , boiling or frying. If you are lucky ,one of the day, our home assistant will cook simple local meals , like gado2 etc, You are welcome to try our home cooking with affordable price. -No Pork & Alcohol are allowed within the premises. Cutlery and mugs are provided, please wash and clean upon using it. -Open courtyard with WIFI where you can sit relax, do your work, read , have breakfast or meals there. We are avid traveler too and happy to meet new people .. talk to us anytime we are at home ( before 22:00 pm ) should you need any info on anything during your stay . Antam International Hospital about 5 mins from Our Place. RS Persahabatan , Immigration Jakarta Timur is 10 mins Drive. UNJ , Jakarta Golf Club (The 1st Golf Course in Jakarta) is 10 mins Drive . Industrial Pulo Gadung Area (15mins Drive). Gambir Strain Station , Monas , Thamrin City , Tanah Abang , Plaza Indonesia , Grand Indonesia can be reached in 30 mins drive ( normal traffic Timing ). 40 mins to Glora Soekarno Stadium , Pacific Place , & Jakarta Convention Center. Importantly: T4WES Residence can be easily accessed from International Airport Soekarno Hatta by 1 hour drive & 30 mins drive from Domestic Airport Halim Perdana Kusuma. (in normal traffic) Other Tips to get to our place : - Buses from the airport called DAMRI directly go to Rawamangun Bus Terminal. The frequency is about 30 minutes . Fare : IDR 40k per person paid to the conductor on the bus. - From the terminal you can take the local BAJAJ (TukTuks) try your skills to negotiate with the driver ( usually IDR 20k max) - Busway Stop Pemuda ( Arrion Mall ) from Kota and Jl Sudirman. - Metromini T46 and minivan M25 is passing our place. Just tell them to stop at Berkah Minimart. then you just need to walk (2mins ) to the house. - Regular taxi: Bluebird or Express, fare: IDR 145-200k (depends on traffic according to metter ) - Application online transport: Go-Jek (click Go-Car) OR Grab (click Grab-Car), pay cash as shown on your smart phone screen. NOT suitable for: -Anyone who are after a fully air conditioned property or Luxury Hotel facility and unwilling to embrace our local cultures. -Anyone who are after nightlife spots. No alcoholic drinks is served at the property or sold around the neighborhood. -Family with children under 10 years old. From 10 yr old onward, children are counted as 1 full person. Please type the correct number of person when you do the booking. -People with wheelchair and severe illness ( no trying to discriminate , but our residence are not built with those access facility ). MOSQUE - There is a mosque behind T4WES RESIDENCE that dutifully calls for prayer 5 times a day. It is a common thing in most Muslim majority countries . Our sincere hope this will be interesting for your local culture experience! -The house us always under wireless CCTV. We will not tolerate any activities against our house rules and Indonesia law. (No Pets , No Prostitution , No Drugs, No Gambling and other Nuisance conducts that disturbing the nest doors & neighbor )
