Studio de Luxe Heelsum

Studio de Luxe is located on the top floor of our house. Through the front door you have your own entrance and via the stairs a direct entrance to the top. Here you have a spacious room with a fully equipped kitchenette with cooking on induction, microwave and refrigerator, a sitting area with an electric fireplace, a dining table/work area and a bed for a 3rd person. There is a small bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Pets are not allowed in the Studio de luxe Free coffee and tea are available for you in the room/kitchen, you take care of all meals yourself. The separate, small bedroom has a double bed (queen size). It is possible to stay in the studio with a maximum of 3 adults, one person then makes use of the bed in the room/kitchen. If you come with 2 people and would prefer to sleep separately, that is possible. Please indicate this when booking and we will also prepare the bed in the room/kitchen. We have a foldable baby cot available free of charge. You must bring your own bed linen for this. If you would like to stay with 2 adults and 2 children (0 - 16 years), please contact us and ask about the possibilities. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The studio is on the top floor and accessible via a private entrance (front door) and stairs. The bathroom is used exclusively by our guests. We ourselves live on the ground floor and use a different entrance, so our guests and ourselves have a large degree of privacy. In good weather you can use our garden. We have created a private spot for our guests Pets are not allowed in Studio de Luxe. If you want to stay with us with your dog, we have "de Til" the outbuilding in our garden. This is only possible after consultation. For availability check our other advertisement. On arrival the beds are made, a set of linen is ready consisting of a bath towel, hand towel and washcloth. In the kitchenette you will find a kitchen towel, tea towel and dishcloth. Extra package or replacement costs € 5,= per package. If you want to stay overnight with full B&B service, this is possible at an additional cost of € 12.00 p.p. per night. We will then provide you with an extensive breakfast with freshly baked bread, clean your (bath) room daily and replace the towels. This must be stated when booking or at least 1 day before arrival. During public holidays (Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, Christmas, New Year's Eve) we use a minimum of 2 nights. You can stay one night, but then a surcharge of € 15,= p.p. will be charged. This will be settled directly during the stay because this cannot be applied in the system. Staying with a group of up to 6 adults is possible by also booking our other room "de Til".
