This condo unit is a home away from home and offers the comforts of being at your own private space. It is packed with the necessities of a convenient stay which includes a cozy living room, relaxing bedroom and fully functioning kitchen with fridge, pots and pans, breakfast equipment, dining set and cutlery. It is literally attached next to SM North EDSA with a private walk way from the mall. Very ideal to relax and enjoy the city life with fantastic facilities for children and family. The unit is well maintained and kept clean at all times. All guests can enjoy the security, convenience and safety of this nook and all its amenities. You can prepare, store and cook you own meals because it is complete with kitchen tools and equipment. You can have a relaxing time watching the TV or surfing the net while at the lounge. The bedroom had a beautiful view of the city with a comfy double bed and fresh linen and blankets. The toilet and bathroom had a modern twist that will make you feel refreshed and revitalised. The guests have access to the gym, basketball and badminton courts, breezeways, clubhouse, lounges and the private walkway from the complex to the mall, LRT and MRT. A fee of PHP 150 is required for adult guests who wish to use the swimming pools. I am available for a short chat and online conversation with guests either though email or text message. The unit is next to SM City North EDSA which provides all opportunities for the guests to explore while not worrying about getting trapped in the traffic. Going to the different places around the metro is very easy either through public transport LRT (going north), MRT (going south), UBER or a regular taxi, jeepney, bus or even a tricycle going around the vicinity. Whenever you think of meeting up with friends, family or business, the space will provide you the convenience of catching up with your appointments straight away either by inviting them to meet you at your doorstep, the complex or a short walk at the coffee shops. Getting to SM Grass Residences is very easy either through train, bus or taxi. The complex is kept safe and secure by 24/7 security guards and if you need to get around the complex, they will be happy to assist. I encourage you to have a walk around the vicinity and explore, for sure you will meet hospitable and warm people. Guests are encouraged to organise laundry and drying of clothes though nearby laundromats.
