The first-floor holiday house offers lovely sea views and has an outdoor Jacuzzi with a salted water system, a private garden with sunbeds and a private terrace to enjoy alfresco dining. These comforts and added amenities make the stay enjoyable and fulfilling. The living room is bright and lively and opens onto the terrace. It has an open layout and is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a dining table and a well-equipped modern kitchen. Guests will find a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven and a toaster among other amenities. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The sea-view bedroom has a soothing ambiance and is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The nice bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. Two guests can sleep in the double sofa bed in the living room. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: The modern bathroom features a shower cubicle, a bidet and a WC. Bathroom 2: The lovely bathroom has a bathtub, a bidet and a WC. Additional • Children are welcome but the garden and terrace are not completely fenced. • Private Garage for 1 car. Amenities such as restaurants, shops, supermarket and a tennis court is within 5-10 minutes’ drive. Alassio is a well-known beach destination that has welcomed travelers to its shores for centuries. Even today, these well-equipped beaches are thoroughly loved by tourists and locals alike. The promenade along the sandy beaches is perfect for taking a stroll or dining at one of the waterfront restaurants or cafes. One of the must-visit attractions of the town is its Budello (12 minutes). The narrow street is full of shops, delis and cafes. Another place that should be visited is Muretto di Alassio (10 minutes) where one will find more than 550 plaques bearing the signatures of various celebrities including Ernest Hemingway and stars like Jean Cocteau and Max Bygraves. One can also visit the nearby fishing village of Laigueglia (15 minutes) and Cervo (34 minutes) to get a better sense and authentic taste of the region. These villages also offer great views of the landscape. One may also explore the various destinations of the French and Italian Riviera on day trips. The nearest airport is 90 kilometers away.
