The Stable is one of three cottages at Lane Barton. Converted to a stunning cottage in 2010 from a traditional stone barn, The Stable offers open plan ground floor with exposed stone walling and an Ash dogs leg staircase to first floor. A fully equipped kitchen for all your catering needs, dining table and chairs to sit six people looking out onto the patio area and stunning open countryside. Luxurious three seater settee, two seater settee and arm chair to relax around a wall mounted 49" smart TV. The first floor consist master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower over and WC. Wall mounted TV. A twin room with two singles,can be zipped to make king size bed as an option, built in wardrobe and with wall mounted TV. A single room with 3' 6" bed and built in wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, wash basin and vanity unit and WC. Hair dryer available in the cottage. We are very pet friendly and are happy to accept two dogs with you during your stay at a small extra charge. We can offer towel sets also for a small surcharge. Laundry facilities include washing machine, open air or interior airer, ironing board & iron The Stable offers free WiFi, use of a share Jacuzzi with one other property and overlooks a large open garden to relax. Situated just two miles from the main A39 coastal road giving you easy access to all the North Devon Coast has to offer, stunning cliffs and coastal walks, open sandy beaches or quiet sheltered coves. Old quaint fishing villages, Hartland, Clovelly, Bucks Mills and Appledore to name a few. Head inland and Dartmoor & Exmoor are both within easy reach to explore. Lane Barton is within a mile of Woolsery Village which can offer a recently renovated pub, "The Farmers Arms". A mini Cost Cutting supermarket and a Fish & Chip Shop
