Welcome to our panoramic retreat above the Piemonte clouds only 7 minutes from the main highway A4. With an entire floor to yourself including a big balcony with panoramic views, a huge patio and garden below in a very private part of the house, you will enjoy stunning views of the Alps and the river Po below. This 120m2 apartment offers a rustic Italian feel with its fireplace in the middle and a classic Italian kitchen in stone and wood at the end where you can enjoy some local wine and food. This is the ideal apartment for your smart-working: it is a quiet apartment, with a very good wi-fi connection (fiber) and it is equipped with an office desk and chair, along with several other working spaces. There is also a private parking inside the property for your car. The guests can have access to the patio and to the garden We (Howard & Sara) are always available on site or on call in case you have any questions or you need any advice on what to do in the area. San Raffaele Cimena (Alto) is a quiet typical Italian village above the clouds 20 minutes from Torino city and airport. Here you have access to the Langhe wine district, Lago di Viverone (40 min) and the Alps (1 hr). Bella Vista restaurant with its typical Piemontese cuisine is only a 500 meters walk from the house. The Villa is easiest accessible by car, but it is very easy and relaxing to get around by foot and bike. We strongly suggest to get a car rental and do not use public transportation. The guests will have access at the apartment located on the ground floor (entrance is separated from the rest of the villa). We strongly suggest to get a car rental and not public transportation. Final cleaning is included in your stay, however if you have a long stay, you can require extra cleaning by paying an extra fee. We do not accept groups for parties and/or events.
