It´s connected to the main house where I live with other guests, but you get your private toilet, kitchen, laundry, dining area, and entrance! The main house which you can enter with a key has a small gym, pool table and a nice patio with a nice yard! Place is ideal for 4 students or 3 professionals. Location is very central to city centre as well The private house features 3 bedrooms. All rooms include desk, TV with Chromecast, storage space. Two of the 3 rooms have queen-sized beds, however the 3rd could have either 1 king-sized bed or 2 single beds upon your request. The living room also features a big TV with Chromecast and 5.1 sound system. Your house is private and only for your use. However you also get access to the mainhouse facilities, and get to use the backyard patio or pooltable in the living room. I live in the main house, unless otherwise stated as I do travel often due to my work :). Even if the event where I need to travel, I always have a person appointed to look after your needs. I normally give my guest their space, however I am normally available in the main house common area. Most of the guests in the main house have either been with me for a long time or moved with me from previous accommodations, so it feels you are among friends when you are feeling social . Bus stop is like 100meters away. The bus takes you to the city in like 20mins. Chalmers is like 2km away and so is the nightlife of Gothenburg within 10mins by bike or scooter. this listing is offered for 3 rooms, which comes to about 7k per room local price. 21k SEK however my current guests who happen to be 4 students booked a 4th room on the upper floors. price comes down to 6k per room then. 24k SEK.
