We would love to welcome you in our 1 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Graz with a beautiful view on the city's landmark clocktower and everything you need in walking distance. The apartment offers a living room with an open kitchen and one spacious master bedroom both with great city view. There is a sofa-bed in the living room for additional two guests. The bathroom is quite small but we still try to make it as comfortable for you as possible nonetheless. The apartment provides all amenities, from coffee machine, wifi, toiletries, hair dryer, towels and more. To offer you a maximum of flexibility during your trip we have a self-check in option. We will send you all detailed information a few days before your arrival. The location is really one of the best things about our apartment. It is right on the border between the young and hip Lend quarter with its fun bars, cafés, restaurants and vibrant farmers market and the inner city center with all its sights and shops. Your walk to main square will take about 5 minutes. You can find pretty much everything in walking distance; from supermarkets around the corner, restaurants, bars, clubs, movie theatre and of course the city center around main square itself. Public transport is also very close. If you walk 3 minutes you can even benefit from the free tram that connects all parts of the city center. The train station is also only 3 tram stops away, which makes the apartment very easily accessible for everyone coming in via train or from the airport (there is a shuttle to the train station). If you arrive via car, parking is possible on the streets around, in the parking garage opposite of the building or in another garage a couple of minutes away (for only € 5 per day).
