Housing You will appreciate my place for its space, its location and its terrace. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 4th floor, accessible by lift. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - Large and luminous living room: television, DVD player, couch, dining table for 4 people. - Equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, hotplates, raclette, steamer, blender and mixer, dining table for 4 people. - 2 bedrooms are at your disposal with 1 double bed in each room. - Bathroom: bathtub, sink, hair dryer, washing machine. - Separates toilets. You can also enjoy the outdoor area equipped with a marge terrace with table and chairs. A welcomer from the Luckey team will greet you in front the building at the scheduled time, hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us, at least 24 hours before your arrival. From your reservation request, through your arrival on site and until your departure, Sabine and Sébastien from the Luckey Normandie team are at your service to make your stay a successful experience! You will find a supermarket 8 à Huit and a bakery nearby. To visit: • Caen Memorial, tip: visit this splendid and large museum over 2 days, the entry ticket is valid for 24h. • Park La Colline aux oiseaux, known for its beautiful rosary. • Plages du Débarquement, • Abbey of the Men and Abbey of the Women. • The bus stop is not far from the apartment and is called “Ecole Saint Ursule”. • Bus line from the memorial to get downtown is free. We propose mid-stay professional cleaning services for long stays over 10 days that include making beds with clean linens, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen and towel exchanges. This service will be billed at the same rate as the Cleaning fees displayed on this listing page. Please ask us once you booked your reservation to arrange day and time for this service.
