Villa Parmenide 1 has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a French bed, bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room and sofa bed. POSITION Villa Parmenide uno is located 1.5 km (exactly 3 minutes by car) from the center of the marina of Casal Velino and from the sea. The terrace of the villa has an enchanting position, you will feel like you are on a boat given the vastness of the sea that you will admire sitting comfortably on an armchair, enjoying an outdoor dinner or waking up in the morning. Casal Velino is the ideal solution to explore the whole Cilento as it is located right in the center of the territory and in the heart of the Cilento National Park. Those who choose our accommodations will be able to easily reach all the major points of interest in Cilento in an equidistant way. The excavations of Velia, clearly visible in the landscape of the villa, are 5 minutes away by car and can be visited every day. The location is ideal for those who want a holiday next to a town but do not want to suffer the inconvenience caused by confusion. From the private terrace of the house you can admire all the shades of the sea and the entire Gulf of Cilento, relax, dine enjoying the peace and tranquility. SPACES DESCRIPTION The villa is divided into two real estate units with entrance through a common staircase. Both solutions enjoy extreme privacy and private spaces. The access to the property is through an asphalted road, there is the possibility to park comfortably under the house on the property. The apartment consists of two bedrooms: one double and the other with a French sofa bed (140 cm), a fully equipped living room / kitchen where there is also a small sofa bed and finally a bathroom with shower. The apartment also includes an outdoor area with sun loungers and umbrellas, a relaxation area with armchairs, an outdoor gas barbecue and a comfortable outdoor stone shower. The apartment has linen, wi fi, air conditioning, washing machine mosquito nets, smart TV, coffee machine with pods, hairdryer, courtesy set. HOW TO REACH US To reach the villa it is necessary to take an uphill road that is regularly asphalted and easy to access. The house is located on an easy trekking path that leads both to Casal Velino village (the municipality of Casal Velino is divided into marina and village) and to Pioppi. The path is easy to access, we often do it even with children. We are two minutes from the center of Casal Velino, three minutes from Pioppi and ten minutes from Acciaroli. INFORMATION FOR ENTRANCE Standard Check in from 15: 00-18.00. Late check up to 20:00 ONLY ON REQUEST and upon payment of a supplement of 15 euros extra to be paid in cash upon arrival. Supplement of 15 euros if you need a cot for children always on request. The tourist tax is paid directly on arrival. Pets are accepted upon notice at the time of booking. We only ask for a small cleaning fee for the entire stay of 20 euros if small and 40 euros if medium / large. The whole apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest and is located in a villa consisting of two apartments which are accessed by a common staircase. The apartment enjoys privacy and various private spaces. The parking is under the apartment in an unsupervised and open private area. Pets are allowed upon payment of a cleaning fee and only if previously agreed with us. If you need a cot or a high chair, contact us and we will indicate the availability, the price is only 15 euros extra for the entire stay. Acciaroli, between charm and nightlife Just a 15-minute drive from the Borgo, Acciaroli recently became the queen of Cilento with an interesting nightlife, aperitifs on the beach and restaurants and luxury clubs is a destination for a pleasant walk. To be seen beyond 20 minutes by car: -The Temples of Paestum - 40 minutes from the Borgo can be a pleasant stop on arrival or departure, spectacular night visits are to be seen at least once in a lifetime. -The ghost town of Roscigno - 90 minutes from the Borgo is a combination of charm and mystery, worth the trip. -Castellabate - 50 minutes from the Borgo has become famous thanks to the film rest in the South. The historic center of Casal Velino village reachable on foot from the Borgo with a 3.5 km walk or by car in just a few minutes is the ideal place to find a moment of peace and admire wonderful panoramas at sunset.
