Spacious peaceful and safe neighbourhood There are four bedrooms with four beds; extra six-floor mattresses, will be provided as required according to numbers of guests as per requests. The Study room is full of books to read. The lounge room and family room are huge with two sofas, Panasonic TV and dvd players. Dvds for kids and adult are available. Please return back the dvd back in the shelf after each use. Alfresco is available with Japanese garden style for you to enjoy. Air-condition and heater are also available as needed. The house is quiet in a safe neighbourhood. Public transport is accessible. Airport pick up and drop off can be organise a week prior to arrival with small additional cost. The Gym is accessible and free of charge, the gym is for adult use only. Extra books for kids are kept in the gym area. Please put the books back on the shelf after you read it. Please take the shoes off upon entry to the main house. Wifi or internet password will be provided upon arrival. The Ambient manager can be contacted 24 hours, seven days a week if you have any questions. Maintenance and housekeeping are available as needed. Our guests are important to us, you have 100% guaranteed privacy in Ambient The neighbourhood is friendly, safe and quiet.Your privacy is one hundred percent guaranteed. Huge rubbish bins are located in the side yard. The garbage truck collector comes by every Tuesday morning. The owner of the house takes the big bins out from the side yard a day prior to garbage collection on Tuesday. Our guests have 100% guaranteed privacy during their time in Ambient. Public transport is easily accessible. Three minutes walk to bus stop linked to train and bus station. If you want to get around with public transport you need to have a Myki card for bus and train fares. Ambient can organise your Myki card at least a week prior to your arrival if you want. Restaurants and Convenient stores are nearby. Big shopping centres and restaurants are only ten minutes away from Ambient. Public reservoir and local park are approximately five to ten minutes walk from Ambient. If you are travelling in groups and you need additional parking space you can park in the green islands in Rothsbyway. Rothsbyway is at the corner street of Castlehill Avenue, just a minute walk from Ambient. The place is spacious and fully furnished. The kitchen has basic condiments, cooking herbs, rice, flour, sugar, coffee, oil and tea available in the pantry. Eggs, milk,fruits, bread and butter are available in the fridge free of charge. Fresh towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer and perfume are also free of charge. The place has washing- machine, and laundry soap; you can hang your clothes to dry in clothes line located under cover at Alfresco area. Iron and hair dryer are also available for your convenience. You can use the Outdoor fireplace only if it's attended. It's strictly advised to put off the fire before you can leave the place. Be aware of the fire ban.
