You'll find the kitchen fully kitted with all the essentials and more including Nespresso coffee machine, American Fridge Freezer with water/ice dispenser, toaster, gas hob and oven. It is also kitted out with the essentials to get you started including ground coffee, sugar, tea bags, salt, pepper etc. Our terrace at the rear of the property is fitted with rattan furniture, table tennis table and small gas barbecue. Luxury Temple Spa toiletries including shampoo, body wash and hand cream can be found in all bathrooms and toilets. Underfloor heating in the open plan living room is teamed with Sky television and Bluetooth speaker. Wifi is available throughout the property. We live at the bottom of the property; if you have any problems, queries or would like information about the local areas we are here to help. The property is 20 minutes from Llangollen, minutes away from the Welsh boarder, and centrally located between Birmingham and Liverpool. Before booking this property, we kindly ask if you could please review our house rules: Our neighbours are in close proximity. We ask for no external noise after 10pm and if playing internal music, please lower and ensure exterior windows are closed after this time. No hen/stag parties. No pets. No shoes on the 1st floor, slippers provided.
