A variety of restaurants and stores, including Starbucks, surrounds the apartment and literally one minute away from Lotte Dept and Shinsaegye Dept with movie theaters. A very convenient place in aspects. Connects directly to Centum City Metro Station. Right next to Lotte Department and the world's largest Shinsaegye Department. Bexco Auditorium, where concerts and events are held, and Busan Film International Festival building are located within 5 minutes walking distance. Within 10 minutes by car distance from Haeundae Beach. 5 minutes walking distance from APEC Naru park where you can walk in the morning next to Sooyoung River. A Fitness Center in the apartment which guest can use. Wi-fi internet connection; cable TV; air-conditioner; private bathroom with all items expected from a nice hotel, such as towels, hair-dryer, shampoo, body lotion, tooth paste etc. A small refrigerator contains numerous bottled water and home-made yogurt. Room is enclosed by a locking hall-way door for privacy. However, entrance door area is commonly shared. Building elevator and apa r t me n t entrance are accessed by automatic keys given to guests for convenience. This is a very convenient but quite apartment and is not crowded. Will be happy to share with guests information about surrounding areas and how to use metro stations, tour attractions and restaurants. Haeundae Beach, Bexco Auditorium, Busan International Film Festival building, Lotte Department and Shinsaegye Department, Centum City metro station, near APEC Naru park where you can walk or ride bikes. Lots of stores including Starbucks, restaurants and convenience stores. Also located near a building with a variety of doctors in case you need to do medical exams in Korea. Very close to all metro stations, bus stop and taxi stops. Very convenient for all modes of transportation. The owner is a nice retired lady with an old, nice dog that does not bark and likes people. She speaks fluent Korean and Japanese and uses English translation app to communicate.
