Airy and bright private summer house with free parking and free wi-fi Situated in less vibrant part of Šilo just 100 m from the beach and 40 m from the grocery store, it accomodates 4+1 people. The house features a 115 sq. m. of open-plan living space with two bedrooms, living room and a bathroom. On the outside, there are a loggia and two teraces - one open and one under pergola. Up to five people can be accomodated: - Bedroom 1 with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm) - Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) - Living room/TV room with a day bed (75 x 200 cm) In the open-plan living space, there is a dining area and a library with two sofas. A living room is in fact a TV-room, featuring flat-TV with cable channels. Whole interior is air-conditioned with Wi-fi internet available throughout the house and the teraces. Fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic stove, an oven and a dishwasher. Bathroom features a toilet, a bidet and a shower. The property offers up to three private parking spaces. The loggia features hard-wood garden furniture and a relaxation hanging-chair. Original Weber charcoal bbq is available to guests. The beach of various types is just 100 metres away, you can choose between concrete, gravel or rocky beaches. Fine-sand beach is about 200 m away. The closest small grocery shop is just 40 m from the house (open July and August), and a diving centre with a restaurant 200 m away. The town centre with another grocery store and several restaurants and cafes is 400 metres away.
