The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, terrace, air conditioning in the living room, swimming pool communal, open-air parking in the same building, TV, tv satellite (Languages: French). The open plan kitchen, of vitroceramic, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. As stipulated in the announcement, the groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife in Roses will not feel comfortable in the building because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the apartments after 22h. The Tourist Tax for Roses is 1€ per person/per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (anyone under the age of 16 years is exempt). Bed linen and towels is not provided. You can rent bed linen in advance.
