We just totally rebuilt this villa, which is available for couples and families. It’s a villa with 1350 m2 of private garden around the house! With a great view over the forrest.Down stares you’ll find a big spacious connected dining room/ living room/ ‘open’ kitchen (cooking plates, oven, fridge and excellent espresso/coffee machine). Hwen the weather is good you can open doors to the 50m2 terras at the sunny side of the house and enjoy the garden and squirrels and birds.On this floor there’s also a place for children to play. On the second floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms (1 double bed) and two children bedrooms (both rooms have single beds en one extra bed underneath it). So it covers 6 in total. There’s a bathroom with double shower and a separate toilet room. From the master bedroom you have acces to a 40m2 roof terras. Our beautiful villa is located in Bilthoven near to the center of this nice little town. Its axacly 1 kilometer (12 min walk!) to all the shops but also to the train station of Bilthoven! From there its also 12 minutes to get to Utrecht Central station (or 50 minutes to get to Amsterdam central station). Our house is situated near to the forrests and a golf course! Feel free to use our bikes to explore and enjoy the beautifull surroundings. It's just 30 minutes to cycle to Utrecht centre!
