PANSA BLANCA is a place of rest and tranquility for up to 8 people. 110m2 house with 150m2 garden surrounded by wineyards located in a residential neighborhood of Alella. It's 10 min by walk from the village and 15 km from Barcelona and its bus stop is 5 min walk. Parties inside and outside the house are strictly prohibited. We are 5 minutes from the beach and 24 minutes by car from the Circuit de Catalunya. A single space for the kitchen, living room and dining room very bright with open spaces that enhances group life. • Leisure area; large space consisting of equipped kitchen, dining table for 8 people, sofa and reading area. • Garden with green area, chill-out area with wooden flooring and bounded space for sports games (ping pong, basketball ...). • Independent access from the street and parking at the door of the house. We are 10 minutes from Alella walking, a town of 9,760 inhabitants. Located at 15 km. from Barcelona and very well connected with it, by road (15 min.), bus (30 min.) or train (40 min.). Getting around is quick and easy. We are 5 minutes by car from the beach. The closest is Masnou beach, but the Maresme coast offers all kinds of beaches well connected by train and road. Likewise, we are 24 minutes by car from the Circuit de Catalunya where Formula 1 races, Moto GP and many other motor events are held.
