LUXURY ON THE BEACH WITH GARDEN Welcome to our peaceful private apartment. Enjoy the huge beach only 150 mt walk from the apartment with its fine sand. This apartment is perfect for two persons who like see and beach and spend the day in open air. Wake up and take your breakfast in the private garden before to walk to the beach (150 mts) accessible by a pedestrian street. The apartament has a private garden and is so close to the beach. The apartment is located in a residential complex. It is on the ground floor with two gardens for exclusive use. It consist of a spacious living room with kitchenette, a big bedroom, a bathroom with window. A layout of the house a free parking space. The entry is directly in the living room and the kitchenette, stocked with all supplies: cooker, fridge, microwave, water kettle, mixer, coffee machine. Living room with sofa and big TV SAT overlooking the garden where there are a table with four chairs for outdoor dining and a fireplace. Sleeping area: a large bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobe and SAFE, a second TV SAT. The bathroom has a shower, it is windowed and there is a washing machine. Boat to Venice and other islands 5 min by car away. The cycle path only 15 m from the apartment offers various bike itineraries to discover breathtaking scenery not only on the coastline with its golden beaches, pine forest and history, but also in the lagoon and river area. You can cycle past the splendid natural landscapes of hamlets and islands on the Veneto Lagoon, like Mesole, Lio Piccolo. There are different excursions for a range of different abilities thenks to the routes that make up the Ciclovia delle isole veneziane. You'll find all the maps in the apartment. Venice so close... the best and romantic way to reach Venice (S.Marco square) is by boat. The mole from where every 30 minutes leave a boat to Venice and other islands (Burano, Murano, Torcello) is only 5 min away by car. A strategic location between the sea the beach, nature, the lagoon landscape with its water courses and the splendid Pordelio canal islands, vegetation and the native bird population including seagulls, cormorants, herons and flamengos.
