Located in a quiet neighbourhood, easy access walking to Baleal Bay beach ( 5 min) and also Supertubos (13 min). Free public car park in front of the building. And more... Recently redecorated, bright and spacious, has a small balcony with an ocean view to 2 different beaches and a very nice Sunset. It is very quiet because faces the back of the complex, so no cars passing by the apartment. Is ideal for holidays in family or with friends. Its Ideally located, very close to the beaches and also in the middle of the way to the town ( Peniche) 2.5 km away, also a short distance to other beaches like Baleal corner ( 3 km ) and various surf spots. Basically easy access to all the sides of the town. Guests have the entire apartment to their disposal apart from a single cupboard which is locked. I will be usually available and close to the property The apartment is inside a condominium complex( Baleal Sol Village 2 ), quiet neighbourhood very close to the beach and surrounded by the ocean ( Baleal Bay is 300m, less than 5 min walking). Supertubos is located on the back of the complex 13 min walking by the track on the dunes. The complex is Ideally located between Peniche commerce centre(2.5KM ) and Baleal Corner (3KM ). Easier locomotion by Car or Bicycle, as supermarkets will be between 2.2km and 3 km away. The complex is in front of the Beach, so very easy to go on foot, Gamboa will be a 10 min walk on the beach or Baleal Corner 15min or less walking on the beach from the apartment. If you go walking on the sidewalk on the road might take a little bit longer. By Bicycle, it's easy to go everywhere and by Car, you can go across any side of the town in a maximum 10 min drive Please check the house rules and respect the place and neighbours.
