A spacious, warm and modern 4-bedroom life-style block set in a peaceful, private rural area with panoramic views of the countryside. Fully self-contained with a large deck. Great for outdoor dining and star gazing. Perfect for families or a group of friends. Wake up to the sound of native birdsong and our two pet roosters. Walk through our 12 acres of paddocks and feed the chickens & ducks (animal feed provided on your request). You can pick up the eggs if you are lucky enough to find them. The house has a master bedroom with an ensuite and three more bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. Fits 8 people comfortably($25 per person above 2 people). Outdoor gas cooking facilities are also included and a third shower and toilet facility is available outside. If you have a very large group, please enquire as we may be able to make the sleep out available. This will accommodation an extra 4 people. Please note we do not provide cots for babies. The place is great for a small family or friends gathering.Sorry no birthday parties. All linen is provided. There is also a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Dishwasher, oven and microwave comes with the fully equipped kitchen.
