Light, bright retreat in super-central yet peaceful location. Enjoy the ease of being a few minutes stroll from town or beach and leave the car behind to enjoy a ramble around the City of the Tribes. For days when you feel like getting away from the city, you are equally well located for hitting the road to the surrounding countryside and islands. Our home is fresh, airy and looking its shiny best!! The house is warm and cosy featuring underfloor heating on the ground floor plus a smart TV and built-in stove for a cosy night in if that's part of the agenda. We have included all the things we like to find when we're away from home but still want to feel comfy and 'at home'!! The kitchen is well equipped to handle the Menu of the Day, when you’re not out and about, be it a home-cooked meal, a deliveroo or a pop down to whichever nearby takeaway is calling your name. The open-plan layout lends itself to enjoyable social gatherings so no one will feel left out! Three of the four bedrooms in this semi-detached home are available for guest use while the smallest one is reserved for storage. The family bathroom is located on the first floor; it's more traditional than the rest of our home and fitted with electric shower and full bath. There is also a WC with WHB on the ground floor. Please enjoy our home as much as we do, bearing in mind that the quiet, residential nature of this cul-de-sac makes it completely unsuitable for late night revelry (hence the firm low-noise policy in place from 10pm-9am). Host will meet and greet Guests on arrival. Our home is perfect for anyone wishing to enjoy 'The West' . The popular West End neighbourhood is only a 5 minute walk away so you'll be spoiled for choice with all types of entertainment and dining options. Indeed you may find yourself humming some well-known Galway tunes should you decide to continue your walk past the old Long Walk and watch the sun go down on Galway Bay! Easy walk to Galway’s most popular attractions, city centre, beaches, pubs & restaurants so no need for any taxis to/from. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep when you get back to our place and be ready to do it all again the next day!! Lots of supermarkets within a 5 minute drive (Dunnes & Aldi being the closest), post office, pharmacies, healthfood shop, Mr Price etc. Parking for one car is available at the house; paid parking for additional vehicles also available nearby. Everything is easily accessible by foot so the car can have a break too!
