Warm & friendly fully self contained 1 bedroom flat with WiFi & air con. Great location in Chirn Park/Southport. The property is walking distance to Woolworths, shops & cafes, Surfers Paradise is only a few stops away on the Tram which is only 750m away. Griffith University & Hospital just over 1km walk. Kitchenette, large bedroom with double bed & built in robe, own laundry facilities and the large lounge dining area boasts a 55cm TV, comfortable leather lounge & 4 seater dining table. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a pull out bed in the lounge room for the 3rd person if required. If 2 people require 2 separate beds this will incur a charge of $15 for the stay to cover linen & set up payable on arrival. The granny flat is on ground level with no stairs. Storage for surfboards and bikes can be provided. I can also organise Airport pickup and drop off or transfers to theme parks or Aquatic centre events for an additional cost. We welcome guests on arrival answering any questions and familiarising you with everything in the apartment, we then give you your privacy for your entire stay however We are available to help out with any questions about the area, things to do and see Very Central location perfect for those wanting to enjoy the Gold Coast and all it has to offer, with great transport to access all areas of the Gold Coast. Woolworths only 700m away so you easily grab some supplies. Close to the Aquatic centre and Broadwater parklands which has an amazing park especially for kids and great swimming areas. The Australia fair shopping centre is across the road from the Broadwater. The G-Link tram is only 750m away which gives you fantastic access to all over the Gold Coast. Several other bus routes at the end of the street to get you just about anywhere on the coast. Direct bus to Sea World Bus to Dream World & Movie world with one change And I can organise transfers anywhere on the coast for a fee Tram to Surfers Paradise, Griffith University and many other attractions only 750m away. Several buses within a block. 1.9km to the Broadwater Woolworths only 700m away Close to the aquatic centre, Gold Coast hospital and transport at the door to all areas of the Gold Coast There is plenty of on street parking we can offer extra cleaning during your stay for an extra fee
