Located in the region of Lake Neusiedl which is famous for it's unique landscape, manifold sporting and cultural attractions as well as exquisite food we invite you to enjoy yourself in this apartment with garden in our vintage Burgenland house. By decorating the rooms we put as much emphasis on functionality as on creating a consistent design experience. The apartment is equipped with wooden floors and the bright rooms with furniture made of real wood. The garden is completely surrounded by our house which creates a private and relaxing atmosphere. We invite you into our house and want you to feel at home. Enjoy the places in the garden and relax near the water basin with the small waterfall. If needed I will help you with planning your trips and finding the best activities according to your wishes. I'm always ready to help out my guests. We are located in vicinity to the A4 East Motorway (Ostautobahn) exit - “Neusiedl am See” and A3 South Motorway (Südautobahn) exit Eisenstadt and follow B50. From Vienna centre, you can reach us by car in just 40 minutes, and from Bratislava in just 35 minutes. The public bathing beaches in the neighbouring towns of Breitenbrunn and Jois are highly recommended and both can be reached in 5 km on the Neusiedlersee cycle route. On top of that your possibilities seem endless: Relaxing (St. Martins Thermal Bath), Golf (e.g. Donnerskirchen, Hainburg), Surfing u. Sailing (e.g. Neusiedl, Breitenbrunn) Shopping (McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Parndorf), Bicycle trail Neusiedler See, Cultural activities/festivals (e.g. Mörbisch, St.Margarethen und Eisenstadt) Food (more than 10 top restaurants offering exquisite food in ca. 25 miles) 3 "Heurige" in Winden (you will find many Heurige in other towns as well) Wine (of course we hope you will enjoy the world famous Burgenland wine, which is presented in historical cellars as well as architectonic masterpieces all over the region.) All our guests are entitled to use the "Neusiedler See Card" for the duration of their trip. The "Neusiedler See Card" provides you with benefits and reduced entry fees for 49 tourist attractions in the region like zoos, thermal baths, castles, museums and many more. The train station is in walking range and offers direct connections to Vienna every hour. It also serves as a starting point for your trips to Budapest and Bratislava. Since december 2017, you have a modern billa supermarket available for your purchases, which can be reached on foot or with the house' own bicycles in 5 minutes as well as a nearby farmer's shop which sells regional food. Because of the rich cultural landscape surrounding the Neusiedler See this region is considered a world cultural heritage by the Unesco.
