Manor House near durdle door play garden fire pit!

Please note this is a family home that is rented out for the summer holidays. This is not a holiday let so it does have quirks. A private wing of a 12th century manor house. Your own private front door and 2 bedrooms near the beach with private woodland, Daytime use of communal grand hall between 10:00 and 5:00pm. Giant garden in private estate. all amenities included. We have washing machine and dish washer plus smart TV and Wifi all included. stairs quite steep up to the main bedroom with king size bed and childrens room with bunks and optional single or double bed on the floor (sleeps up to four children) 10 minute drive to the World Heritage Jurrasic coast, with Dorset's famous beaches Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Guests have use of our huge communal garden, home to our resident dinosaur and dragon!! Moignes Court house and garden is also a venue for many community events, camps,social groups and workshops. for more information on the whole program of events here please contact us. Guests have access to 2 parking spaces, and laundry facilities, and shower/compost toilet right next to the bus. The communal garden has a large banquet table, sandpit, mud kitchen, cob oven, tractor tyre climbing tower, fire pit, tree house, climbing net, summerhouse playroom and trampoline. We are both professional musicians and educators. We offer Drumkit, African Drumming and Hammered Dulcimer lessons, workshops and performances. We also offer tuition in meditation, and body-weight strength training. During hours of 10:00am-5:00pm access to grand hall communial lounge. We have 3 other Air bnb accomodations at this location situated in a bus and horsebox and yurt in the garden. Often will be here staying in a caravan in the garden. We all socialise in the shared giant garden so feel free to join us one evening around the garden fire pit! You also have access to the grand hall that we call the ‘court room’ this room is only shared with Moignes court family members and not the other Airbnb guests. Owermoigne is a traditional, picturesque village, with thatched cottages, within 15 minutes driving distance to Weymouth seaside town, and County town Dorchester. 10 minute drive to beaches like Ringstead, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Lots of beautiful local walks. Owermoigne village has 2 plant nurseries, Cider museum, Clock museum, farm shop and Texaco garage. Galton garden centre is within walking distance, and has a cafe serving breakfast, and lunch. There are many local pubs, that serve good food and drink. Regular buses from the village to main towns such as Dorchester, Wareham and Weymouth. Moreton train station is on the direct line to London Waterloo, and is 5 mins drive. We offer train station pickup, or there are local taxi's available. We are very knowledgeable about the area, and can recommend some great things to do for all the family. We have an outside kitchen and toilet you can use plus loads of space and facilities for children! We have a noise curfew in the shared garden of 10:00pm We do have 1 dog that lives here a friendly female spayed Rotweiller. she does roam free but can be kept on a lead if you have any guests scared of dogs. . 1 free log basket on arrival, and every basket thereafter is £5. 3rd car parking space is £5 per day. We have 8 adults and 6 children that live here so there are always friendly faces around and children playing in the garden.
