One sofa bed for one extra person in the living room with 43 inches LED TV. Now you can watch Netflix for free with Apple TV. Guests will have an access to the well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator and microwave and the bathroom with hot water, to the tiny balcony to hang your wet towels (Note: smoking here is also prohibited), to the gym and swimming pool. You can use our massage chair in the living room. You will also have an access to the wifi. Since I'm living from 2014 in Germany, so I won't be there. But there is my mom who will take care of your stay and to hand over the key. The Apartment located in super block area with a shopping mall Bassura City mall in walking distance. Swimming pool on the ground floor, basketball court, gym etc. There is a lot of cafe and restaurant, a supermarket, and cinema that you could find. It takes around 25 minutes from Halim Perdanakusuma airport, 45 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International airport by car or taxi. It's cheap and more comfortable to get around the city. To find the taxi, you just need to walk to the main street. But if you want to travel cheaper, you can choose the Transjakarta which only IDR3,500, which the bus stop just 15 minutes away by walk. Parking fee in the building IDR4,000 per hour for cars and IDR2,000 for motorbikes and unfortunately, there is no flat-rate parking fee. *NOTE: If you stay longer than one week, just tell me for the reduced parking fee.*
