Living Room The air conditioned living room has: WiFi Internet, Satellite TV and dining area. There are sea views from the living room. Kitchen The kitchen features: cooking hob, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Bedroom Dinos has 1 air conditioned Bedroom: Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with a double bed. Additional beds available: 2 Single Sofa Beds. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.) Bathroom Dinos has 1 Bathroom: Bathroom 1 (family bathroom) shower and W/C. Included: Maid service, Bath Towels and Hair dryer. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
