Located in the heart of the Rossendale Valley, Rossendale Holiday Cottages offer the ideal spot for guests to enjoy t Lancashire countryside, offering a relaxing retreat for all guests who enjoy a bit of rural living. Ideal for business persons travelling to Burnley, who wish to self cater. Beautiful outdoor spaces to bbq and star gaze are available for all guests to enjoy. Excellent friendly staff, on hand to help, to provide breakfast. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking are offered. Stable is a beautiful, modern open plan cottage/studio are perfect for couples who want to escape to the country. Provided with a king sized bed (please ignore sofa bed in description), fully equipped kitchen, dining area and private bathroom; as well as a private garden space attached. Children under 12 can be provided with a zed bed. Travel cots are available upon request (free of charge) Sadly, pets are not permitted in Stable. We also offer attractive surroundings with communal picnic space and bbq area, and a large, secure car park. Guests are welcome to use all areas of the site, including the barbeque area, nature trail and the exclusive Hayshed Cafe Bar. Our place has a relaxed and friendly vibe. All the cottages are set around a courtyard, converted from stables. As well as this, our on site licensed cafe bar serves breakfasts and snacks throughout the day, for all guests staying. Our friendly staff & owners enjoy meeting guests and engaging with them and helping with their needs, from forgotten items or, anything else they may require to help them enjoy their visit. A beautiful fire pit and bbq is available for guests to enjoy some al fresco dining. A lovely terrace known as the Lily Pond make the idea spot for Al Fresco dining and enjoying a sundowner or two. We also have a hot tub available for private hire for a minimum of 2 days (Subject to availability and charges apply). Families, couples and solo guests are all equally welcome. Some of our accommodations are Dog Friendly but not all. Please call to check which accommodation is Dog Friendly (Dog charges will apply). Rossendale Holidays' cottages are located within 20 acres of scenic farmland, A convenience store is located at the end of the road. Grocery deliveries can be arranged. Excellent walks on the Pennine Bridleway. Close by horse riding, dry slope skiing, water skiing, rock climbing as well as culture in local towns. located in the heart of the Rossendale Valley, Rossendale Holiday Cottages have excellent road links to Burnley (3.7 miles), Manchester (20 miles) and Blackpool (40 miles). We have a hot tub onsite which can be booked for private use for an additional cost of £100 for 2 days and £50 per day thereafter. Subject to availability.
