Island Beach Home with a panoramic sea view

SET IN THE SAND DUNES with uninterrupted sea views across the pristine waters of Eastern Cove, the house has direct access to the stunning safe sands of Island Beach. Swimming,fishing,reading,soaking up the clean air whilst enjoying a glass of wine and local seafood on the sun deck, are but some of the pleasures the house offers. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise, dolphin spotting and around sunset interact with wallabies and other local wildlife exploring the dunes around you. Open plan living areas connect to a large north facing deck, overlooking the sea, equipped with a barbeque, outdoor furniture and umbrellas. Another sheltered deck with outdoor furniture overlooks the private woodland garden at the rear. The main bedroom features magnificent sea views. The second bedroom has both sea views and views to the natural scrub landscape. The third bedroom has hi-low bunk beds, particularly suited to children. Childrens port- o-cot ,high chair and play table are available on request The whole house is accessible together with rear garden and direct access from the house to the beach. The house is fully self contained. You will be left on your own to enjoy "our little piece of Paradise". Emergency contact instructions will be found in the Information Folder at the house. Located a 15 minute drive from Pennashaw, 40 minutes from Kingscote and the Airport Island Beach is a great location from which to explore Kangaroo Island. Supermarket, fuel and general supplies can be found in both Penneshaw and Kingscote Try Mille Mae's Pantry in Penneshaw,Cactus or Island Beehive in Kingscote for good coffee. Boat launch ramps are available in Penneshaw and American River and beach launching is available 500 metres from the house. A comprehensive folder will be found in the house containing information on the house,emergency services and tourist attractions . You will need your own vehicle. Extreme care is needed when driving on unsealed roads and when driving early morning or late afternoon due to wildlife on the roads. The house is only serviced with rainwater and has bio-cycle septic tanks. Please use these as set out in the House Rules
