Entire bungalow in beautiful rural countryside.

Lovely light and spacious bungalow set in our beautiful gardens with a stream running through the middle of it. The Bungalow is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby. Our property nestles in about 5 acres of land fronting on to the River Teign which you are very welcome to wander around and enjoy. We have riparian rights which means as you are staying with us you may fish the river. Guests will be able to access most of our property, which will be made clear on arrival. We live in the main cottage and are on site most of the time so please feel free to ask for any help or ask any questions. There are so many lovely places within a short distance. Dartmoor, Haldon forest, the coast, Canonteign Falls is a mile away, the reservoirs are 3 miles. There are several pubs which serve lovely food close by. And there is the best cream tea at the end of the valley in The Walled Garden Dunsford! Chudleigh is 3 miles away where you can buy most every day items, the market town of Newton Abbot is about 7 miles away and Exeter is about 10 miles. Nearest public transport is in Chudleigh 2/3 miles away or Newton Abbot for trains which is about 7 miles. The mobile phone signal is not brilliant here but by moving about one can usually find a signal. Wi fi is now very good.
