This characterful and authentic house classified 4 stars (just finished, and the exterior remains being finished) is located in a hamlet with Caussenarde architecture in a natural and wild environment. You will appreciate it for its independence, its peaceful environment, its cozy comfort, its equipment, as well as its central and accessible tourist position. The cleaning service at the end of the stay, the rental of bed linen, towels, kitchen and heating are included in the price. The weekly rental rate is 750th for 5 people. It is necessary to add 6th per night and per additional person for a maximum total of 7 people. The cottage is designed on 3 floors with 2 unsecured stairs for small children, with a ruin next to it that is not secure. Our cottage is located on the Causse du Sauveterre in a hamlet with traditional Caussenarde architecture. It is independent, and has a terrace and a garden not overlooked, and enjoys a calm and peaceful environment where deer, roe deer, sheep, birds, hedgehogs, squirrels, vultures ... This pretty cottage which has just been finished and whose exterior is being finished, is being classified by the departmental tourism committee of Lozère. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 bed and the second with a 160 or 2 * 80 bed and a 90 bed), a living room (with a convertible sofa), a bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen which leads directly onto an outdoor terrace. It includes: a wifi connection, TNT, television, oven, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, private washing machine, toaster, hair dryer, iron, tassimo coffee maker, garden furniture, barbecue, central heating with plates and wood stove. Pets allowed (4th supplement per night). Rental all year round.
