There are fridge, microwave, toaster, jug,oil heater ,coffee and tea in the room too. Bus stop just outside of the drive way .dairy shop ,take away,haircute...just 100m away. 10 minutes way drive to city , the base and 5 minutes way to drive waikato University. you can park at my front yard or outside of the street.
