Upstairs are two double bedrooms, ensuite shower room to the master, a single coastal themed children's bedroom and a family bathroom. The double bedrooms have drawers and wardrobes, the single has a large set of drawers. Guests will have exclusive access to the whole property including use of enclosed rear garden and driveway with parking for two vehicles. There are breathtaking sea views in either direction, the south west coast path cuts directly though the centre of the village making it ideal for walkers. The village itself has both a fantastic pub (The Green Dragon) and upmarket wine bar (Radius 7) as well as a well stocked village shop. A 10 minute drive (or hour along the coast path) will take you to historic Dartmouth with its castle, Elizabethan Streets, shops and cafes. Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Bigbury, and Totnes can all be reached in under 45 minutes and offer wonderful days out. A car is required to really get the most of you stay here.
